Welcome to Gyanotsava. These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic contract between you (“Guest,” “Client,” or “You”) and GYANOTSAVA LEARNNING HUB PVT LTD (“Company,” “Gyanotsava,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Corporate Identity & Scope of Services
Gyanotsava provides curated holistic acoustic sound immersion, Tibetan bowl frequencies, mind clarity sessions, meditative workshops, and educational journal content.

Governing Framework: Laws of the Republic of India
Sound Healing and Meditative Realignment are complementary wellness practices. They are intended to support general mental calm, deep relaxation, and mindfulness.
NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC CARE: The experiences offered by Gyanotsava do not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical psychiatric therapy, clinical psychological counseling, or medical treatments under the Clinical Establishments Act or Medical Council of India guidelines.
HEALTH DISCLOSURES: If you are pregnant, have an active cardiac pacemaker, suffer from severe epilepsy/frequency-induced seizures, or are currently undergoing medical treatment for psychiatric disorders, you must consult your licensed medical practitioner prior to attending any sound bath or acoustic realignment session.
3. Concierge Bookings & Event Passes
When booking private sessions or purchasing event registrations through our platform:
- Two-Step Concierge Booking: Session inquiries are submitted online, after which the studio reviews intentions and proposes confirmed appointment slots for your confirmation.
- Event Registrations: Event passes are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and locked upon successful Razorpay payment verification.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information to enable communication and issuance of valid GST invoices.
4. Transparent Pricing & Goods and Services Tax (GST)
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
- All prices displayed are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR).
- Statutory 18% GST: All services are subject to 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) as mandated under Indian tax law. The itemized breakdown of base service value and GST is clearly presented before checkout.
- B2B Invoices: Businesses may provide their valid 15-digit GSTIN during checkout to receive an official Tax Invoice for Input Tax Credit (ITC).
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your confirmed private session free of penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by emailing support@gyanotsava.com.
Event cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund or pass transfer. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited venue seating capacity.
6. Refund Processing Terms & Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated immediately through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Processing Window: Refunds typically reflect in your original funding account (Bank Account / UPI / Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking clearance protocols.
- Studio Cancellation: If Gyanotsava cancels an event or session due to unforeseen circumstances or master illness, a 100% full refund will be immediately processed without any deduction.
7. Studio Sanctuary Code of Conduct
To maintain an environment of reverence, acoustic clarity, and peaceful meditation:
- Silence & Electronics: All mobile devices must be placed on silent mode or powered down upon entry to the acoustic sanctuary.
- Punctuality: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. To avoid disrupting meditative states, late admissions once a sound bowl immersion has commenced are strictly restricted.
- Respectful Atmosphere: Disruptive behavior, harassment, or non-compliance with sanctuary guidelines may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property & Media Recordings
All original sound protocols, guided meditation scripts, visual designs, brand assets, logos, and journal articles are the exclusive intellectual property of GYANOTSAVA LEARNNING HUB PVT LTD, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999. Unauthorized audio/video recording during private sessions or public workshops without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, GYANOTSAVA LEARNNING HUB PVT LTD and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from session attendance or personal interpretation of meditative experiences. Our maximum aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or event pass in dispute.
